Russian clomps/clogs of linden so-called lapels can be bought in Russia and possibly in some other countries of the world, where there are specialized shops with Russian artifacts. How did the wooden clogs come about?

The date or year of production of the first clogs/clomps is not known. Some historians believe that wooden clogs/clomps originated come from the ancient Greece, but some believe that they were invented by the Celts or Germanic tribes. There are no precise historical data and the occurrence of clogs/clomps. As they were made of wood, after use they were used as firewood. The oldest found clomps was originated in the Netherlands, from 1230. The clogs were worn and popular until the 19th century because they were the cheapest and most affordable shoes. Today, around 3 million wooden clomps are produced in the Netherlands each year, sold as souvenirs or in tool stores. This craft activity in the world is gradually extinct, and even in the Netherlands, there are fewer producers that manually make wooden clomps. Most of the production of clomps is mechanically and computerized. The clomps/clogs are used in the Netherlands as protective footwear most often in agriculture because they have passed all European security checks and controls. The Dutch clomps are entirely wooden and resemble slippers with a pointed tip. Italian clumps/clogs resemble slippers with open fingers and upper part made of leather. English clogs are the forerunners of modern pawns used by health workers. The Japanese clumps resemble shoemakers with a wooden toe. In Serbia, clogs are the same as Dutch, in total from wood and resembles slippers with a pointed tip.

Interestingly, clogs/clumps are considered safe and secure footwear compared to iron-insulated work shoes.

How to make clogs/clamps?

Ordinary wooden clogs are usually made of soft wood or willow, poplar and linden. This footwear is healthy, although it’s not the most comfortable to wear. They can be part of folk costumes or workwear for the winter (snow, ice and mud). Clogs is made by master clomper. To make a couple of clogs, it takes about 2 hours. They are made mostly by handmaking of wood with less use of mechanization. The clumps are made wide to put hay or straw into them or wear woolen socks so that these shoes are warm to wear. It’s always better to buy clumps for the number bigger than your original number of footwear.

Why should clumps be filled with medicinal herbs?

 

If you have painful legs, swollen feet and sick heels, clogs filled with medicinal herbs are an ideal solution to get rid of the pain.

Get 2 pieces of cotton gauze, medicinal herbs of your choice (linden, marigold, thyme, cantorion, mint,… etc.), 2 plain plastic bags, socks and clogs (slippers), little universal creams (solea, nivea, balea, … etc.).

Put the pieces of gauze on the floor. Place a few different herbs/grasses on each piece. Lubricate your heels with cream. Wrap the grazing grass around your heels. Put plastic bags on your feet and put on clogs (slippers). Use whenever it suits you (by day or by night). You will feel the pain decreases at the first application. If you do this regularly, or whenever you have painful feets (heels and soles), you will eventually feel that the pain is completely gone. When the pain recurs, start again.

Međutim, obične drvene klompe ili papuče mogu postati lapte, kada ih sami napravite. Dovoljno je da vaše klompe ili papuče napunite ljekovitim travama i dobićete najsličniji efekat.

Kako su nastale drvene klompe?

Datum ili godina proizvodnje prvih klompi nije poznata. Neki istoričari smatraju da su drvene klompe nastale u staroj Grčkoj, neki smatraju da su ih izumili Kelti ili germanska plemena. Ne postoje precizni povijesni podaci i nastanku klompi. Kako su se pravile od drveta, nakon korištenja koristile su se kao drvo za potpalu vatre. Ova zanatska djelatnost u svijetu lagano izumire, pa je i u Holandiji sve manje proizvođača koji ručno prave drvene klompe. Najveći dio proizvodnje klompi je mehanički i kompjuterizovan. Klompe se u Holandiji koriste kao zaštitna obuća najčešće u poljoprivredi jer su prošle sve europske sigurnosne provjere i kontrole. Holandske klompe su u cjelosti od drveta i liče na papuče sa zašiljenim vrhom. Talijanske klompe liče na papuče sa otvorenim prstima i gornjim dijelom napravljenim od kože. Engleske klompe su preteča modernih klompi koje koriste zdravstveni radnici. Japanske klompe liče na obuću-japanke sa drvenom petom. U srbiji seproizvode klompe jednake kao holandske, tj. u cjelosti od drveta i liče na papuče sa zašiljenim vrhom.

Zanimljiva je činjenica da se klompe smatraju bezbjednijom i sigurnijom obućom u odnosu na željezom osigurane radničke cipele.

Kako se proizvode klompe?

Obične drvene klompe se po pravilu prave od mekog drveta odnosno vrbe, topole i lipe. Ova obuća je zdrava, iako nije najudobnija za nošenje. Mogu biti dio narodne nošnje ili radna obuća za zimu (snijeg, led i blato). Klompe izrađuje majstor klompar. Da bi se napravio jedan par klompi, potrebno je oko 2 sata. Izrađuju se najčešće ručnom obradom drveta uz manju upotrebu mehanizacije. Klompe se prave široke da bi se u njih stavilo sijeno ili slama ili oblačile vunene čarape, kako bi ova obuća bila topla za nošenje.  Uvijek je bolje kupiti klompe za broj veće, u odnosu na vaš originalni broj obuće.

Zašto klompe treba puniti ljekovitim travama?

Ukoliko imate bolne noge, otečene tabane i bolne pete, klompe napunjene ljekovitim travama su idealno i isprobano rješenje protiv boli.

Stavite komade gaze na pod. Na svaki komad rukom stavite malo različitih trava. Tabane namažite kremom. Gazu sa travama obmotajte oko nogu. Na noge navucite plastiče kese i obucite klompe (papuče). Na svakom radnom mjestu ima različitih „manijaka“. Mnogi ljudi (naročito žene) su ljubomorni na vaš život, na vaše bliske odnose među članovima u vašoj porodici, na međusobno razumijevanje koje imate u porodici i na kraju, na sve vaše materijalno i duhovno, što posjedujete. Zato se ispočetka u odnosima s njima javlja lagana ljubomora, pa posesivna ljubomora, pa bolesna ljubomora i na kraju ti ljudi (pogotovo žene) koriste svaku moguću situaciju da vam pogoršaju dan, da vas mentalno zlostavljaju, ispoljavaju agresivnost (pretjeranu i bezrazložnu) na svaki vaš korak, gotovo na svaku vašu riječ ili gest. Niste sigurno šta je dobro da uradite, šta je dobro da kažete, jer šta god uradite ili kažete, za te žene nije nikako dobro. Sve je izgovor, da se „istresaju“ na vama. Na javnom mjestu u prisustvu drugih ljudi, one se nastoje istaknuti tako što će vikati na vas, djeliti vam nekakve nepotrebne savjete vikom i urlikanjem, nastojati na sve načine da vi ispadnete nesposobni i smotani, a one te, bez kojih bi sve propalo. Iako ih većinom ignorirate ili nastojite maksimalno ignorirati, sama činjenica da ste na istom radnom mjestu preko 9 sati dnevno, znači da ih viđate i da ste s njima gotovo svo to vrijeme. One imaju pretežno veća primanja od vas, neke su udovice, neke u (ne) sretnoj bračnoj zajednici, neke su samice svojom odlukom. Mnoge dolaze na posao da bi našle „novoga“ partnera. To odmah govori da ih bračna zajednica ne zadovoljava. To je obično tiha, mirna, povučena osoba, blagoga karaktera i temperamenta, spremna uvijek i svima pomoći. Njene probleme ne poznajete, ili ih znate vrlo malo,ta osoba vam se ne nameće, nego potiho i s odstojanjem priča o sebi i uvijek pazi da ne pretjera sa pričom, da vam ne postane dosadna i nametljiva. To je osoba koja će zadnji zalogaj podijeliti s vama. I s osmijehom vam ustupiti sve što ima. Pohvaliti vas nadređenima i bez ikakve suvišne priče odraditi i vaš posao. Ali firma u kojoj radite ne poznaje ni pohvale, ni pokude. Znači, svi su jednako tretirani i nikoga nije briga ni za šta. Nikoga ne zanima da li se i kako posao obavio, ko je najviše zaslužan za odlično obavljen posao. Šefovi su tu samo za neke banalne stvari, i puno „ne talasaju“ čuvajući tako svoja radna mjesta i odlična primanja.

Kada ste na poslu preko 9 sati svakodnevno, ovakvo maltretiranje počne uticati na vas i na sve u vašoj porodici. Ispočetka tome ne pridajete veći značaj, iako porodica prva primijeti promjene. Povlačite se u sebe i najbolje se osjećate daleko od ljudi. Još se više zatvarate u sebe. Ljude počinjete izbjegavati. Ustvari, radite svoj posao nastojeći što manje kontaktirati sa ostalim zaposlenicima. Vremenom, mentalno i psihički i fizički slabite. Tražite razne razloge da uzmete slobodan dan, dan od godišnjeg ili bolovanje. To utiče na vaš sređeni privatni život. Ispočetka sporadično, onda svakodnevno ujutro i uveče, kada se umorni vratite s posla. Nadate se nekom odmoru makar noću dok spavate, ali i tada imate košmare, noćne more, ne spavate dovoljno, odnosno spavate malo i sa stalnim buđenjem. Ispijate litre kafe, pretjerano pušite, nervozni ste često, slabo ili nikako jedete i sve radite mehanički. U svom vlastitom svakodnevnom životu postajete robot. Ne tiče vas se vaš život, niti učestvujete u njemu. Samo ste, nekako, fizički prisutni. Sve ostalo je odsutno. Vaše misli, razmišljanja, želje male i velike, odluke. I to traje i traje, dani se pretvaraju u mjesece, a mjeseci u godine. Počnete razmišljati da ste vi glavni krivci za sve, ali vjerujte niste. Te žene, vaši zlostavljači, su najčešće u nekim poznim godinama života, sredovječne, ne lijepe niti ičim privlačne, ostavljene od djece (koja imaju sopstvene živote dalje od njih). Onda shvatite da se morate udaljiti iz tog okruženja ili sebe iz temelja mijenjati. I da morate progovoriti o tome. To je teško, ako sami radite i izdržavate porodicu. Teško je ostaviti posao zahvaljujući kojem imate redovna primanja i koji vam omogućava kakav-takav život i podmirenje makar osnovnih životnih potrepština (režije, lijekovi i hrana). Pokušavate ipak pronaći izlaz iz te situacije. Moje iskustvo govori da ne trebate odmah posezati za otkazom. Otkaz jeste opcija, ali zadnja. Na osnovu svih dobijenih savjeta od dobrih i dragih ljudi, shvatila sam da se prvo trebam izliječiti i uzela dugo bolovanje. Onda slijedi povratak na posao, ali ostaje činjenica da imam ostatak  godišnjeg odmora. Znači, prvo treba iskoristiti sve što vas zakonski sljeduje. Nakon toga, zadnja stavka je otkaz. U međuvremenu dok razmišljam o otkazu kao bijegu iz takve „bolesne i mentalno loše“ sredine, vrijeme iskorištavam za učenje kako da promijenim svoja razmišljanja. U svakom slobodnom trenutku na poslu, i vremenu provedenom na odlazak i dolazak s posla, na pauzama, pokušavam razmišljati o svemu lijepome iz moga okruženja i o svemu što volim. A, još uvijek volim puno toga. Naprimjer, cvijeće obožavam, prirodu i sve s prirodom, također. Muziku i knjige. U glavi vrtim sadržaje pročitanih knjiga, reakcije likova iz knjiga i cijelu fabulu. Kako se sezone godišnjih doba mijenjaju, misli mi se vrte oko prirode, koja me okružuje na svakom koraku. Kada mogu i imam vremena,  posmatram drveće i cvijeće posađeno u parkovima i na balkonima. Kada ne mogu, u glavi vrtim te slike i samoj sebi izazovem osmijeh na lice. Vidim da ove misli pomažu. Stariji ljudi često kažu da je „sve u glavi“ ili „povezano s mislima iz glave“. Ali, baš sve. Kažu i da sve bolesti dolaze prvo iz glave, potom osjećamo slabost u tijelu, koja se manifestira nekom liječničkom dijagnozom. To se meni desilo.

Iako ne zamjeram nikom, i iako sam svjesna da ovako mora biti, posljednje atome snage pokušaću usmjeriti na sve lijepe stvari u životu. U neku ruku sam zahvalna svim tim ženama, jer sam uz njih puno naučila. Svo vrijeme mobbinga, ja sam i dalje najljubaznija osoba koju poznajem. Rijetko pokazujem zube, jer to ionako ne vodi nigdje. U životu sam prošla kroz mnogo toga. Nagledala sam se već svakakvih ljudi i situacija. Znam da me na kraju očekuju ljepša vremena – kao što je to uvijek slučaj u životu, neko nepisano pravilo. Mudri pjesnik Kahlil Gibran je napisao da: „U srcu svake zime drhti proljeće. Iza zastora svake noći čeka nasmiješena zora“. Bio je potpuno u pravu.

Nikada ne sumnjam da su najsretnija vremena života ispred mene. Nikada ne sumnjam da najbolje tek treba doći. Ono što danas sigurno znam jeste, da nakon svega pretrpljenoga, nikada više neću sebi dozvoliti da budem žrtva mobbinga na poslu. I nikada više neću šutjeti o tome. Jasno ću i glasno koristiti sve moguće situacije da pričam o tome, da potičem ostale da javno govore o tome. Mnoge žene će se vjerovatno prepoznati. A moguće i poneki muškarac. Možda i ja ovim člankom pomognem nekoj ženi (osobi) da javno progovori o tome. Najgori je osjećaj kada misliš da si sam u svemu, jer su svi drugi sretni što nisu žrtve, pa ih sve ovo ne dotiče. To ne mora biti tako.

Zapamtite da je svaka od vas vrijedna i da svaka od vas zaslužuje da živi normalno, bilo na poslu ili kod kuće. Ne dozvolite nikome, a kamoli osobama koje se ni po čemu ne razlikuju od vas, čak naprotiv, da vas ikada dovedu u teško mentalno stanje.

Jiro Murai from Japan re-discovered this skill at the beginning of the 20th century when he was suffering from a serious illness. The doctors could not help him, and Murai began to explore. As he was already very sick, he decided to stay in a hut in the mountain. There he practiced JSJ in silence. Jin Shin Jyutzu is an innate part of human wisdom almost as old as man. Sometimes people were more connected with nature and felt the rhythm of the universe far better than today.

The JSJ discovers that everything we need for equilibrium and the harmony inside and outside is actually inside ourselves.

Our main revitalizing energy follows the bloodstream system. It rises along our back and descends down to the front of the body. One such technique is Jin Shin Jyutzu. Jin is a man of knowledge, Shin is the Creator, and Jyutzu is a skill.

We need only ourselves and our hands for JSJ. They are “contact cables” and we only need to place them in a certain position on the body, waiting to feel the pulsation of energy. There are more places and ways of laying our hands, but here we have chosen an exercise that is complete (affecting the entire body), and can be performed almost everywhere. You can repeit it every day for 10 minutes, or longer, or more times, whenever and how do you want.

Before we describe an exercise, a few short instructions should be adopted.

First, relax. If you can not relax, stay as you are, do not force yourself. Be as you are already.

While you are practicing this JSJ practice you do not have to think about anything, you are free, you can read a book, watch TV, be on a lecture, watch a movie or be in silence if you like it so much and be in a position that best suits you at that moment , as it is already the most comfortable for you. The exercise consists in one hand covering your finger on the other’s finger (for example, with all the left fingers engaging the right thumb) until you feel the pulsing of the fingers. When you feel it, you can stay and feel the energy and warmth as it grows and grows, depending on how much time and needs you have. You’ll be more comfortable.
